Roundabout Socks

These socks are knit in Arequipa Yarn. The picture turned out a bit dark, but the yarn color is pretty close to accurate. It is a deep purple yarn with blended dark pink & navy through it.

These are a Ladies size medium, knit on 2.25mm needles.

Moc Croc Socks

Completed these socks on April 11th, 2009 - This is a free pattern from www.knitpicks.com
It knits up fairly fast. I used one 32 inch Knit Picks circular needle in size 2.25mm, and the yarn is also from Knit Picks - Imagination Collection - Color Name is "Munchkin".

I really like the yarn and will buy other colorways to try. It is hand wash, but oh so soft.

Winter Frost Socks - Without Beads

Here is a pair of socks just completed in my Winter Frost Socks Pattern (free on Ravelry). This one is done without beading, and is knit using Elann "Sock It To Me" yarn in Colour #44219.

Although the socks look more blue in this photo, the yarn is actually a lovely Teal. This pair took 344 yards, using 2.25 dpns.

Garter Stitch Rib Socks in Trekking XXL

Just finished these socks, 346 yards of yarn used, 6 inch cuffs, done on 4 dpns size 2.25. Colour #172 - Trekking XXL yarn.

I really love Trekking XXL yarns. The colours just sort of flow nicely in my opinion and it is great to work with. Alas, this was my last ball of Trekking XXL from my stash. I know it won't be long before more wonderful colours find their way to my house.

Bluebell Rib Socks

Just finished my Bluebell Rib Pattern Socks, knit using Paton's Stretch Yarn, and 2.25MM Dpns.
I liked this stretch yarn for these socks. It is a cotton blend. The Bluebell Rib is such an easy pattern repeat, it makes these a quick knit.
